Cows need rescuing

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the long 'hiatus'....basically, there's nothing much to report, Mom is busy, and it's always raining when Mom gets home from her work, so I have no walkies to go and no chance of getting myself into some 'adventures'. =(

I DID however, get to enjoy my food lots more! I'm already in my second week of raw feasting, and I'm getting better at it! Instead of taking loads of time like I did in my first week, I now can chomp, chew, chew, chew and swallow...if piece gets too big, out it goes, chew a few more times then swallow. *grins* It sounds disgusting, but I enjoy it loads! heh!

Mom has also recently introduced some chicken liver...she gave me slivers of it in each meal. I didn't like it at first, but Mom insisted that I finish my meal, so I gave it a chew, tossed my head a few times, and swallowed...not that good, but Mom said it's good for my health. In a couple more days, Mom said she will feed me BUFFALO MEAT coz my poopies have been good until now! YAYYY! I can't wait! *grins* She says we will start slow, and if everything goes well, the portion of buffalo will be more and more until I can get a whole meal of buffalo meat all to myself...OOH! I just salivated all over the keyboard just thinking of this...=P

Okay, back to my reason for posting. Mom was reading the newspaper in the living room yesterday, and I was in and out of the room doing my zoomies with Kenji (which is a norm everyday!), when she suddenly found that she didn't hear any more paws pattering around the room....o.O"

Suspicious, she got out her camera, and snapped these:

*gasp* 'What the heck was he chewing?!!' she thought...

No amount of pulling from my strong jaws can get this cowie out now...it's too good!

When she finally got it out, this is the result...o.O" She went beserk of course, saying it's something like 'plastic' and 'dangerous', but I just thought it's good chewing. She even threw my mouth open to see if she can get them out from me...no chance.

Even though she managed to rescue the cow from my 'Jaws of Death', I still don't want to let her just take it away. I found it first, I told her! She refused though...she said it's not real meat.

To make things worse, she punished me by taking THIS PHOTO!! Oh, how can I live the days down when I'm 'dominated' by this plastic of a cow??

I'm still mad at Mom for doing this to me....

xoxo,
Scottie

Good to know you're loving your new meal even more & that you're doing really good with it! Oh my, poor cow! You mauled its head! Well, I think it must be the BARF diet that is making you wanna eat more BARF. But unfortunately, the cow its just a toy. Hehe!

And sister says that her kitty is so young, that whenever she stops moving she gets real worried she's eating something. she steals silverware! and shoves sponges under the washing machine.

Delicious! Are you sure you didn't find any beef in there?

I'm so jealous you get feast on Buffalo! I've never had that one before, but it's definitly on my "Must Try" list if it ever becomes available around here for a decent price. You'll have to let me know how it is!

Scottie, you DID look funny with the cow on your back! And I understand the humilation part...when I was younger I was chasing chickens at a friend's farm and then they turned and surrounded me. I got so scared that I couldn't figure out how to get out of their midst so I laid on my back on played "dead dog" until my dad rescued me (after taking a picture of course!) It took a long time to live that down.

Keep us posted on your raw diet. Are you going to add fish to it?

Good to hear your enjoying your raw food Scottie.
Willow ate a glove the other day. The pinkies didn't know about it until she pooped part of it out and threw up the rest.

Have a good weekend.

Now, that should result in an 'interesting' poo cleanup. After all, what goes in must come out :-)
On the other hand, you dogs have such wonderful stomach juices I'm sure it could handle a little bitty cow head.

Dexter said...

Uh oh, I bet your mom is going to be examining your poops for like the next year looking for that cow head. What were you thinking?
