*Sigh* The Things I Put Up With!

Okay, here's the thing...Mom has this tendency to see amazing videos of doggies and what they can do, and she often wants to try it out...with me! >.<" Most of the time, it didn't work (hehehehe!), but sometimes it does, because I'm a huge sucker for treats. LOL! Mom saw this video quite a LOOONGGG time ago on Facebook, and she was SUPER impressed with what these pets can do. She didn't understand a single word from the video, but it's so easy to just know what they're doing...watch it and you'll know what I mean:

SUPER AMAZING RIGHT???!! I don't know how those doggies did it, especially the second doggie! The chimpanzee was even more cute (according to Mom!) After a while, she forgot about it....until a couple of days ago. Out of sheer boredom, she just remembered about the video, and hence was 'inspired' (in a twisted, sadistic way I might add!!) to do:

This!! Gah! She didn't have the nice biscuit bones or the long yummy bacon treats that the people in the video had, so she took the nearest treat that had a big amount in the packet. I felt a little proud knowing that I could 'resist' those treats, but oh no! It's just the beginning...

She NEXT added more treats on top!! >.<" Initially wanting to put even more on, she couldn't due to my small schnozzle, and so . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . *Sighhhhhh* We STILL were nowhere NEAR any of the number of treats that got put on though (Can you guess the number? I think you can...it's so easy to count them. LOLL!) because..

I dropped them all and wouldn't stand for it! Take that you torturing treats! NOM NOM NOM!

Kenji helped me in destroying those torture devices too...heh!

And me ish a more happy dog with them treats firmly where they should be: my belly! *grins*

xoxo,
Scottie

That was sheer torture, wasn't it Scottie? Look at that doggie in the video, he was drooling so badly. You did a great job there by shaking them off you...hehehe...and of course, having them where they should belong!!

You're the balance king yourself, did you get all the treats or you had to share to Kenji?
I didn't let my mom watching the video or reading this post, you know my is crazy about forcing me doing new trick (with little treat attached).
Love y'all

Wow Scottie! You are so patient and disciplined! I would not have lasted that long for sure...and Quinn would have gobbled down the first one put on his nose! I agree, better in the tummy.

Hi Scottie,
Just wanted to let you mom is Ok; she isn't even mad at Quinn...but I AM! How could he be so mean to her? She loves him and saved him and made him a part of our family and he BITES her? Is that right? Mom tells me not to hold this against Quinn and I guess since she asks, I will try but really...

Yeah, Scottie, you sure showed your human, even if you did take a while to do it! Treats belong in the tummy and not on the body...

Hi Scottie,

I know I shouldn't laugh but those photos are hilarious!!! Your expression! My human also does stuff like that - she sees videos on the internet and then wants to try it out with me - often forgetting that I am a) not a small doggie, b) weight 70kg and c) can't move very fast....usually she ends up with a lot of bruises!! ;-)

Honey the Great Dane

What in the world is a matter with your mom putting those treats on your nose? You could have twice as many treats for that kind of nonsense.

White Dog Blog said...

Hi Scottie, still practicing to hold a bazillion dog treats on your nose? Thinking of you and hope all is well.
