SPCA Malaysia World Animal Day celebration

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a lovely Halloween celebration! I know I did...hehe! Look at the goodie bags that I got from Asta, Lacie and Eric's Halloween party! They're SOOO pawsome!

The tower of London was absolutely superb! There were SOOO many doggies, kitties and hammies there, it's crazy! Of course, all the food, pawtinis and games were fabulous...I didn't want to leave if it weren't for the demo practice and the real demo thing on Sunday. Thanks so much for inviting me, Asta! The demonstration of our obedience classes at the World Animal Day for SPCA Malaysia went really well! It was not hot due to some drizzle before the demo...and Mom was SUPER happy because I was so well-behaved! *grins* But I'm getting ahead of myself...let's see photos!

This is what the KL Tower looks like from afar...it's HUMONGOUS! Notice the black clouds? That's coz it just stopped raining...and the floor is cool! YAYYY!

And this is Moi, getting ready to start the demo...

Mom was quite nervous that I would be distracted and stuff, but no I held my ground...*grins* Perhaps it's the crowds....they got me alert, and I want to show off my good side. *wink*

This is my trainer! He was the emcee AND calling steward for our demo...he looks very tough and stern, doesn't he? But he's REALLY nice when you get to know him...*grins*

Here's our Moms and Dad showing off the poop bags for the crowd to see....we're showing people that it is VERY important to be responsible doggies and owners!

Another exercise to show us being Canine Good Citizens while our Moms and Dads talk to each other...=)

A Recall exercise...I was supposed to sit right in front of Mom, but I ended up sitting crooked. No biggie...it's just a demo. *wink*

Some more heelwork...

Here's another exercise that was shown by BJ (remember him? He was the champ in obedience trials during the MAHA show!). Here he is showing the 'Watch' game while we're walking around him...he never even batted an eyelid when we walked by! Mom is so envious by the attention he gives his handler...

After all that was over, we were asked to pose for photographs with members of the crowd who would like to take photos! Who knew we would be 'doggie celebrities'? hehe! It was so pawsome!

After that was over, Mom brought me over to the booths area where there were lots of things to sniff, see and eat! There were SOOO many nice people giving out treats and stuff...YUMM! Mom snapped this photo enticing me with a treat near the camera...gimme already!

Guess who this is? It's Aunty Jane! Doesn't she look pretty? She helped Mom take all the photos from the demo...hehe! Thanks Aunty Jane!

Mom tried to take a photo of us showing the tower right behind...but it's too tall! The camera couldn't capture the splendour of it all. =(

Lookie at who this is! Neither Mom nor I know what character is the guy playing or in what movie, but they all looked so cool Mom thought she would take a photo with me. And from what you can see, I didn't like it one bit. LOL! His outfit was so plastic-ky, it's scary. >.<"

Mom spotted them characters again at this banner of the SPCA! She couldn't resist taking a photo...

...and then proceeded to put ME in front of the banner to take a photo! Alas, I was too short...LOL!
