We interrupt the 'travelog' with...

...a surprise parcel addressed to MOI!! *grins*

I won a Jury's Prize in the "How I Love My Kong" contest from the Hot Diggity Dog Contests' blog and Faya and her brother Dyos sent me the prize ALL the way from Switzerland! YAYY! *jumps* This is SOOOO cool, I cannot pass up the chance of blogging about it. *grins*

Warning: The following will be full of photos and exclamations. If you can't take too many photos all in at once, please refrain from scrolling down (I hope you will though! hehe!)

The package arrived yesterday, and look! It's addressed to Nottie Scottie! YAYY! (click to see a bigger version of it) Postman didn't give any problems at all...*sigh of relief*

Mom helped me open the box, and in my nose goes, sniffing out the lovely smells. Heavenly! It's like I've been to Switzerland and back...*grins*

These are the lovely, LOVELY toys and treats that Faya and Dyos sent! A cute toy with tennis balls as feet, a packet of chewies, a HUGE bone, a GORGEOUS photo of Faya and Dyos, and not one, but TWO beautiful Switzerland bandannas! Thank you SOOOO much, Faya & Dyos!

Actually, I almost got my mouth in with the chewies(they were SOOOO awesome-smelling!) but Mom made me pose with it first to be polite...hee.

Here's what the bandannas look like...isn't this a lovely shade of blue?! Love the patterns on it!

And the other one! It's got Switzerland written all over it...GORGEOUS!

Silly Mom didn't really know what to do with it first...look what she did! But then, it CAN sort of be my blankie, no? LOL! Nah, I wouldn't use it like's too nice to be made into a blanket!

Ahh...finally we got it right! Aunty Jane showed Mom how to tie it around me...*grins* Excuse the 'scruffy' look, please. Mom has not brought me to the groomers yet!

I thought there was another shot of the whole bandanna look on my back, but it got lost somehow. =( Never mind, I will take another photo of it another time, but for now, here's my posing...*wink*

Here is a close up on the photo Faya and Dyos sent! Aren't they just gorgeous? Love the nature serene! And Dyos is getting cuter and cuter these days!

Can't get enough of the photo...I smile everytime I see it. *grins*

And then finally, Mom let me in on the treats! YAYYY! Gramma taught me a new trick...'Hold'. That's how Mom got me to pose for it...otherwise I doubt that she would be able to get a good shot of me! LOL!

And how do I celebrate? By imitating my entry for the Kong contest! I love savouring my treats like this...*wink*

I was so engrossed in my chewie that I didn't notice Mom doing this..she nicknamed this buddy 'Josty' after the name on the label. LOL! He does look kind of like a Josty, doesn't he?

Oh look! I want to introduce Rachel to you! She is Aunty Jane's daughter, and she came all the way from Korea! Here she is posing with Josty...she tried to get me to play with it, but I still haven't finished my chewie yet so I ignored her. =P

Mom took it away for a while so that I can see how colorful and fun Josty is, and I played loads with him. I thrashed him from side to side and gave some nibbles on his tennis ball feet. The best part is Mom throwing him across the room and I would go get him, swinging him side to side as I walk back to Mom....heh! Mom didn't manage to get any photos though...silly Mom! I'll try to get her to post a video the next time I play with him!

Here's me doing the 'Take A Bow' trick...I finally mastered it! YAYY! Mom said that this is to say 'Thank You!!' to Faya, Dyos and Amber-Mae who came up with that brilliant contest. I hope to join more next time! Even if I didn't win, I think the atmosphere and excitement of joining a contest is good enough!

Hi, Scottie -

You sure got a lot of neat toys. Kaci likes to play with a dog named Pippi Longstocking - a dog with really long arms and legs. She also flings it around and shakes it - must be a schnauzer thing.

Love -

Hershey and Kaci

I can't decide which one I like best: the picture of Rachel and Josty or YOU and Josty!

Too cute, too cute!
